Is it free to post a property?
You can create an account and add a listing from Add property. Some featured or promotional placements may require a paid plan — those options appear when you manage your ads.
How do I contact a seller or landlord?
Open any listing and use the contact options shown there (call, WhatsApp, or message). Always verify details in person before paying any money.
Do buyers or renters pay Property64?
No. Searching and contacting through the site does not require a fee from buyers or renters. Any deposit or payment should be agreed with the owner or agent — never send money based only on a chat.
Which areas do you cover?
Listings are focused on Bangladesh, with strong coverage across Dhaka and expanding areas nationwide. Use location filters or browse by area to narrow results.
What are Recently sold and Recently rented?
Those pages show properties marked as completed transactions on Property64. They help you spot market activity; availability and prices on live ads can still change.
How do I edit or remove my listing?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and manage your properties there. You can update details, photos, or take an ad offline when it is no longer available.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use the report option on the listing page, or contact us from the Contact page with the listing link and what looks wrong. We review reports to keep the marketplace safer.
