Property64.com is an emerging real estate marketplace in Bangladesh. This is a new initiative under Skilled Home Soft, a trusted software development and digital marketing company established in 2012. Over the past decade, Skilled Home Soft has built a strong reputation in the local and international tech industry through web development, outsourcing, and operating several well known online platforms such as DeshiBiker.com, 4WheelerBD.com, and DealersBD.com.
With that experience and technical foundation, our team envisioned a dedicated PropTech platform to modernize how people buy, sell, and rent properties across Bangladesh. Thus, the idea of Property64.com began taking shape in September 2025, and after months of planning, development, and research, we officially started our journey on November 1, 2025.

The real estate industry in Bangladesh is still in its growing stage. While many global markets have already embraced digital transformation in property transactions, here most property listings and deals still rely on traditional methods. Moreover, issues like fraud and lack of transparencies continue to make property transactions difficult for ordinary buyers and sellers.

Our journey has just begun, but every step we take is focused on improving user experience, verification badge, consultation support, and efficiency in property transactions.
